What it does.

Shoppers check tracking several times an order. Every check is a visit back to your site, with your products and a promo code sitting under the delivery date. That is where the upsell comes from.

Measured merchant result

Nearly 17× attributed revenue

A live merchant saw nearly 17 times as much revenue attributed to its tracking-page promotion as it spent on per-order processing fees.

Attributed sales are gross merchant revenue, not profit. Early result from a small sample, measured at the merchant's partner rate. Merchant anonymized; this result is separate from the named testimonial below.

It feels like free revenue that I otherwise would be missing out on completely. I already implemented this and it makes the tracking experience much more seamless.

Questions we get.

Can I match it to my store?

Yes. Fonts, accent colour, page and card backgrounds, corner radius, the hero image and the headline are all yours, and the page is served from your own storefront rather than ours. Shoppers never see Iron Margin.

Which carriers does it track?

The majors and the regionals brands actually ship with: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the regional carriers underneath them. The timeline is the carrier's real scan history, not an estimate we made up.

How long does it take to set up?

The tracking page is live as soon as the app is installed. The shipping emails are templates you paste into your Shopify notification settings, which we do with you on the call rather than leaving you a document.

What about my customers' data?

Iron Tracking stores no customer personal data from your orders. Tracking links are signed tokens rather than an order number and a postcode, so a link works for the person who was sent it and nobody else.

Do I have to leave my current tracking app?

Most brands we install this for do not have one, so there is nothing to switch off. If you do run one, we will look at it with you on the call and tell you honestly whether this is worth the move.

Next step

Want to see it on your store?

Book a call and we will walk you through it: the page, the emails, and what it reports back. If you want it, we brand it and turn it on. If you do not, no hard feelings.
