How to export your shipping data from ShipStation

If you're sharing shipping data with us, or just want a clean CSV of your recent orders, ShipStation's Raw Data Exports¹ are the fastest path. Here's the 60-second version:

The steps

1. In ShipStation, open Insights, then Reports.²
2. Scroll to the bottom and find the Raw Data Exports section.
3. Click Shipped Orders.
4. Set the date range to Past 30 Days.
5. Click Export to CSV.³

If the export fails or times out

Large accounts sometimes choke on a full 30-day pull. If that happens, break the range into smaller chunks. Four 7-day exports usually does the trick. Stitch the CSVs together once you have them.
